Terma ini mentadbir penggunaan platform danakini.my oleh CREDIBLY IHSAN SDN. BHD. Dengan menggunakan platform ini, anda bersetuju dengan terma kelayakan, penggunaan yang dibenarkan, dan undang-undang Malaysia yang terpakai.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the danakini.my platform and related services provided by CREDIBLY IHSAN SDN. BHD. (Reg No: 202601015570 (1677667-D)), operating the platform danakini.my("we", "us", or "Company"). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age and a Malaysian citizen or permanent resident to apply for financing through our platform. By registering an account, you represent that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.
2. Platform Use
danakini.my is a digital platform for applying, managing, and servicing Syariah-compliant financing products. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, interfere with platform operations, or use the platform for fraudulent purposes.
3. Financing Applications
Submission of a financing application does not guarantee approval. All applications are subject to credit assessment, document verification, and Syariah compliance review. Approved financing is governed by a separate financing agreement that sets out the specific terms, profit rate, tenure, and obligations applicable to your facility.
4. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at info@danakini.my if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and software on danakini.my are the property of the Company or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
